Today, with Google Reviews feature in Client Center, your insureds are able to give reviews only after completing a self-service transaction in Client Center. With this release, we are excited to announce that the Google Reviews feature can now be sent to your customers via email by utilizing the Automation Center! This will increase the opportunity of getting more positive Google Reviews.

This feature will help you understand the overall experience level of your consumers with your agency by looking at the reviews they provide on Google and also attract potential prospects to view the reviews and reach out to you for their insurance needs. By actively seeking and promoting positive reviews, agencies can attract new customers and establish their credibility in the marketplace. EZLynx remains committed to providing innovative solutions to support its client's success in today's increasingly digital world.
