With this release, we are excited to announce a redesign of the Document Tab User Interface (UI)! The changes here do not remove functionality. These changes are simply in how the page and its information are displayed. 

This new look and feel updates the Document Tab to match our new UX standards in EZLynx. This includes changes to the top section where you can see the documents on your client’s account and the bottom section on the page where you can see eSignatures. Let's see how it works!

Access to the feature

To access the new UI updates, you'll access the Documents tab the same way you do today. 

1. Navigate to a customer's account.

2. Select the Documents tab. This will take you to the new Documents tab page.

How it works

There are a few key areas to pay attention to in the updated UI on the Document Tab. Please note, the updates are strictly UI driven and there is no loss/change in prior functionality.

The filters are now under the upside down, three lined pyramid.

To Sort columns in the table, simply click on the column header 

All of the individual actions for each document and the main primary actions on the page are the same as they were prior to this UI update.  

Why is this important?

We are continually making improvements in the EZLynx system and as part of that, sometimes it requires us to make updates to the user interface (UI) to keep the system current with relevant technologies. To take advantage of newer technology, it is imperative for use to update our code structure. Sometimes these changes are in the coding and is not something you would see, but in other instances (like this one) you will notice a few changes. The changes here do not remove functionality. These changes are simply in how the page and its information are displayed.
