With this release, we are excited to announce new features to Email Campaigns that focus on providing customization capabilities to use consumer-specific data within the email and associate emails to the appropriate sender!


To elevate the Create Template process, we have added the 'From' field to the Email Templates, and we have added the 'Assigned Producer' and 'Assigned CSR' options to this field for both Email Campaigns and Email Templates.


For a more streamlined process, we've also added a new button on the Create Email Campaigns page that allows you to simultaneously create a new report while creating an Email Campaign.


Finally, we've added a lot of new options for the Personalization Tags allowing for enhanced customization of your promotional campaigns.

How it works

Let's take a look at all the new features that make using Email Campaigns more customizable!


Create a New Report

We have introduced a new feature on the "Create New Campaigns" page, the first step in the workflow. You will now be able to create a new report simultaneously while creating a new Email Campaign. We've simplified the process with the addition of a new button. 




Added the From field to Email Templates

We have significantly elevated the template creation process by introducing the 'From' field. This enhancement streamlines template customization and greatly enhances communication flexibility, providing users with a more adaptable and efficient tool for their needs. 



 

We've also added the 'From' field to the email template options in the Automation Center.




Assigned Producer and Assigned CSR added to the “From” option

We've added the 'Assigned CSR' and 'Assigned Producer' options to the 'From' when creating an email campaign. This gives you more flexibility and easier management. You will notice this change in the following scenarios: 


  • Creating a new email campaign
  • Creating a new email campaign template 
  • Adding the Send Email Action when creating an Automation Center Workflow
  • Sending an Email Campaign from the following pages:
    • Retention Center Overview Send Email Campaign Action
    • Sales Center Opportunities Bulk Action Email Campaign
    • Customer Account Overview Add Campaign Action

We have introduced new personalization tags to Email Campaigns, offering enhanced customization options for emails and templates. We have also simplified the process by relabeling some existing tags.
