How it works

Here's a quick look at what's new and how it can make analyzing data even better for you. 


Viewer Role

The Viewer Role only allows for viewing reports. You cannot create a report if you are assigned the Viewer Role. 


  • View, Filter, Schedule, and Download Reports: Get the data you need without hassle. 
  • Favorite Reports: Keep your go-to reports handy with a simple click. 
  • Cleaner Look: We've removed the "Save Report" button for a tidier workspace.

Builder Role

The Builder Role allows you to view and create reports using the basic report functionality. 

  • Enhanced Dashboard Control: Edit, save, or delete dashboards to tailor the reporting environment.
  • Access to Explore Feature: Dive deeper into data insights with added functionalities.


 
 


Explorer Role

The Explorer Role allows you to view and create reports using both the basic and advanced reporting functionality.

  • Builder Exclusive Features: Create forecasts, alerts, custom fields, and table calculations for in-depth analysis.
