EZLynx is constantly in the process of enhancing, improving performance, and looking at any feedback that can add value to the system. The following bugs reported by Support were resolved in this release. These bugs consist of those with a severity of critical to medium.

Client Center

  • Ampersand Sign not Displaying Correctly in Client Center: Resolved an issue where if you entered an ampersand sign ‘&,’ the system would instead display ‘&amp.’  


  • Contact on Commercial Accounts Not Able to Access Client Center: Resolved an issue where a contact added to a commercial account could not access Client Center, even after the agent selected to give them access.

Communication Center

  • Loading Issue with Email Campaign Drafts: Resolved an issue where email campaign drafts were taking too long to load. This was a performance issue due to the size of the recipient list being leveraged in the campaign. We have corrected this issue.  


  • Grammatical Error in Email System Generated Message: There was a grammatical error in the email message EZLynx adds at the bottoms of email to indicate the message was sent from EZLynx on behalf of the agency.


  • Text Message Document Picker not Working Correctly: Resolved an issue where the document picker was uploading the text message document to the account’s document library even if the agent chose not to.  

Management System

  • Commission Statement Processing Issues: Resolved an issue where commissions statements were getting stuck with unapproved line items.  


  • Customers Experiencing Issues when trying to Create Packages: Resolved an issue where they system would not allow you to create a package from monoline policies that met the ‘create package’ requirements. 


  • Agency Task Page Showing Error when trying to Load: Resolved an intermittent issue where some agencies were not able to access their agency tasks. This was due to a database issue that has been resolved for the impacted agencies.


  • Customer Since Date Updating Incorrectly: Resolved an issue where the customer since date would incorrectly update when actions were saved on the account. 


  • Date of Death Field not Showing Correct Date: Resolved an isolated issue where the date of death field was subtracting a day from the date the agent entered when they saved details on the account’s detail page. 


  • Policy Change Request Not Compatible with eSignature: Resolved an issue where the ACROD 71 could not be used in an eSignature. 


  • Commission Split Duplications: Resolved an issue where line items would duplicate when performing commission splits. 


  • Commission Rules Not Matching Correctly at Policy Level: Resolved an issue where the commission rules were matching correctly at the statement level, but when you accessed the actual policy, the producer was not showing correctly. 


  • Effective Date and Download Date Filter Not Working on Policy Transaction Page: Resolved an issue where the effective date filter was not yielding the correct results on the Policy Transaction page. 


  • Bulk Reassignment Tool Not Executing the Correct jobs: Resolved an issue where the filtered applicants that were part of a bulk reassignment were not being honored in the job.  The system was taking the full set of applicants and reassigning them instead of the filtered ones.   


  • Commission Statement Showing Incorrect Policy Status: Resolved an issue where the commission statement was showing an unmatched policy was matched.  


  • Policy Downloads Card Not Showing Correct Totals: Resolved an issue where the policy downloads card on the homepage was not showing the correct total.   

Retention Center

  • Retention Center Status Getting Stuck for Deleted Policies: Resolved an isolated issue where after deleting a policy, the Retention Center status was still showing on the account’s overview page.

Sales Center

  • Agency Insights Not Supporting Organizational Branches: Resolved an issue where our branch support functionality was not getting honored in Agency Insights in Sales Center.
