With this release, we are excited to announce several enhancements to the Unmatched Policy Download workflow! We have focused on enhancing your user experience by:

  • Speeding up the page loading rate
  • Adding new features like rematch and export 
  • Improved the notification system to keep you better informed about the progress of rematching


The new features significantly reduce the time spent on trying to manually match policies or waiting for pages to load. They also showcase a smarter and more modern approach to policy transactions. Having the option to rematch policies, being notified instantly when the rematching is complete, and being able to export data of successful matches brings a new level of convenience that greatly contributes to the enhancement of the overall user experience.

Rematch Workflow


We have incorporated a new Rematch feature on the Unmatched Policy Transactions page. You can find this new button in two places. 


1. Top-right of the page: This Rematch button will automatically try to rematch all unmatched policies again using the existing criteria. 



2. Individual Policy: When you expand an individual policy, you will also find a Rematch button. This button will try to rematch only the individual policy. 

 


We have also improved on the notification system to keep you better informed during this rematch process. While the system is attempting the rematch, a message on the screen will display indicating that the matching of unmatched policies is in progress. 



While a rematch is in progress, you have the freedom to search other policy transactions on the page during this process. However, to avoid overloading and to maintain the page's speed and responsiveness, only one rematch request can be processed at a time. If a new request is made while another is being processed, a message will notify you about the status of the previous request. 



Once the rematching process is completed, a message will appear to inform you. If you are on the policy transaction page, the message will appear on your screen and in the notification workspace. If you have navigated away from the page, you will receive this notification in your workspace alone. 


Under the Actions menu, you now have the option to export this information into an Excel file. The data exported will include the Carrier Name, Applicant Name, Name on Policy, Policy Number, and LOB. 



Finally, we have improved the load speed of both the Unmatched and Matched policy transactions pages has been significantly enhanced to provide you with a smoother and faster experience.

Preventing Errors: For an insurance agent, maintaining the accuracy of matched and unmatched policies is crucial in mitigating risks of errors. The new rematching functionality ensures all unmatched policies are accurately revisited and matched again based on the existing criteria. This greatly reduces the possibility of overlooked or mismatched policies. 


Accelerating Workflow: With increased loading speed and an automatic rematch feature in place, insurance agents can streamline their workflow, save considerable time, and focus more on proactive tasks such as identifying new business opportunities or customizing insurance packages. 


Effective Monitoring: The notification system for matching progress allows insurance agents to multi-task without having to constantly check on the status of policy matching. This enables better monitoring and management of tasks, thus enhancing operational productivity.
