Enhanced Breadcrumb Trail
The breadcrumb trail now includes visual separators, clear labels, and interactive elements that display the current location and navigation path. Each segment of the breadcrumb trail is clickable, allowing you to easily return to previous states or pages. The breadcrumb trail updates dynamically as you navigate through different Dashboards and Looks, reflecting the most recent navigation path. The breadcrumb trail is accessible, supporting keyboard navigation and screen readers, and complies with WCAG guidelines.
Integration of Saved Looks with Dashboards
You can now view your saved Looks alongside your saved and favorite Dashboards in a single interface, reducing the need for additional searches or navigation. We've made backend updates to ensure efficient fetching and displaying of both Dashboards and Looks. This integration does not negatively affect loading times or responsiveness.
Sharing Custom Filter Sets
You can now share custom filter sets directly with others within your organization. Report Roles ensure that only authorized users can share and access shared filter sets. These Shared filters are categorized and labeled for easy identification. Users cannot delete, edit, or share a filter set that has been shared with them.
To share a custom filter set:
- Choose a custom filter set from the Custom Filter Set drop-down.
- Select the Actions button
- Choose Share. This will open the Share Filters window.
- Check mark the users you want to share the custom filter with.
- Select Share.
Default Custom Filter Sets
You can now designate a specific custom filter set as the default for each report. The system automatically applies the default filter set upon opening the report. You can easily change the default by setting a new custom filter set as the default. If you delete a custom filter set that is set as the default, it will remove that filter set as the default and set the default to the original Standard Filter Set. If you want to remove the custom filter set as the default, simply set the Standard Filter Set as the default.
To set a default custom filter set:
- Choose a custom filter set from the Custom Filter Set drop-down.
- Select the Actions button
- Choose Set as default.
Why this is important
- Efficient Navigation: Use the enhanced breadcrumb trail to easily navigate back and forth between different Dashboards and Looks, saving time and reducing confusion.
- Collaborative Filtering: Share custom filter sets with team members to ensure consistent data views and streamline collaborative analysis, enhancing team productivity.
We hope these enhancements will significantly improve your reporting experience and operational efficiency. For detailed steps on accessing and utilizing these features, please refer to the user guide or contact our support team.
