EZLynx is constantly in the process of enhancing, improving performance, and looking at any feedback that can add value to the system. The following bugs reported by Support were resolved in this release. These bugs consist of those with a severity of critical to medium.

Accounting 


  • Insured Payable Not Showing Correctly on Invoices: Resolved an issue where the payables were not showing correctly on financed invoices.



Automation Center

 

  • Client Center Link Not Showing Correctly for Policy Renewal Trigger: Resolved an issue where the verbiage in the Client Center link from Automation Center for the Policy Renewal trigger was not showing as expected.  


  • Claims Trigger Not Firing: Resolved an issue where the claims trigger was not firing from Automation Center correctly for any customers.   


  • Emails for Manual Workflows Not Showing Correct Sender: Resolved an issue where the email generate from manual workflows was not showing the name of the individual set in the email template.   


  • Trigger for Policy Added to Expiration List Not Firing: Resolved an issue where the trigger was not firing when policies were added to the expiration list in Retention Center.  


  • LOB Filter Not Displaying Entire List of LOBs: Resolved an issue where the all the available LOBs were not displaying in the LOB filter in Automation Center. 


  • Checklist not Closing Completely: Resolved an issue where the recommended workflow templates were not closing tasks that had checklists associated to them.  Agents were not able to go in and manually close them. 


  • Email Not Getting Sent to Correct Assignee: Resolved an issue where the emails from Automation Center were getting sent from the assigned producer instead of the user indicated in the workflow. 


  • Email Not Getting Recorded Correctly in Activity Logs: Resolved an issue where the emails from Automation Center were getting recorded correctly in the agency’s activity log.  


  • Workflows Are Triggering Twice: Resolved an isolated issue where workflows were triggering twice due to the system incorrectly correct list of renewal policies. 

Client Center 


  • Client Center Identification Code Text Message Failure: Resolved an issue where if the agency was sharing their text message number to ID code for Client Center was not sending correctly for branches.   


  • Document Shared Notification Has Incorrect Information: Resolved an issue where the agency address and phone number were not appearing correctly on document shared notification. 

 

  • Invoices Not Showing Correctly: Resolved an issue where invoices were showing as $0.00 in Client Center.  



Communication Center


  • Sent Email Campaigns are not Showing as Sent: Resolved an issue isolated issue where some agencies saw their sent campaigns showing as ‘pending’ instead of ‘sent.’ 


  • Text Message Export Logs Showing Error: There was an isolated issue where the text message export logs were not generating correctly and threw an error for the agent.  


  • Vonage Call Recordings Not Getting Saved: We resolved an isolated issue where the Vonage calls were not being saved in EZLynx for an org. This issue has now been resolved and confirm as resolved by the org.  



Management System 


  • ACORD 125 Not Prefilling Correctly for Pending Renewals: Resolved an issue where the 125 was not showing the correct policy number and policy term when choosing to prefill from a pending renewal.  


  • ACORD128 Prefill Issue: Resolved an issue the locations were not prefilling correctly on the ACORD 128. 


  • Documents Getting Unassociated to Polices After Matching: Resolved an issue where documents were getting unassociated when matching a DL policy to a manual policy. 


  • ACORD 25 Not Prefilling Correctly: Resolved an issue where the ACORD 25 was not prefilling the policy number correctly for policies with a pending renewal. 


  • Unmatched Claims Count Off on Dashboard: Resolved an issue where the unmatched claims count was not showing correctly on the widget on the homepage screen.  The number there was not matching the total on the unmatched claims transaction page. 



Rating Engine


  • Vehicle make support for the year 2025: Added two new Vehicle makes (Polestar and Lucid Motors) for the year 2025 and onwards. 


  • Wind Hail Deductible - $2500: Added a new option to the Wind Hail Deductible coverage of $2500 for the state of Colorado.


  • Regulatory Changes - Minimum Prior Liability Limit Updates: Added the new minimum Prior Liability limits for the state of UT and VA as mentioned below:
    • UT State
      • 30/65
      • 90 CSL
    • VA State
      • 100/200



Retention Center 


  • Inconsistent Messages Getting Sent Between Basic and Admin users: Resolved an isolated issue where basic user were getting different messages sent to them vs the admins when quoting HOME in Retention Center.

Sales Center 


  • Imported Leads Not Able to Be Emailed: Resolved an issue where bulk email campaigns were getting aborted for leads imported to Sales Center Prospecting.
