2025 Q1 - General Bug Fixes and Enhancements

EZLynx is constantly in the process of enhancing, improving performance and looking at any feedback that can add value to the system. The following bugs reported by Support were resolved in this release. We also added a few new enhancements.

Client Center
- Link to Client Center for Proposal Not Appearing in Email (EPS-6709): Resolved an issue where the link to direct the agency’s prospect to Client Center to view their proposal was not generating in the email.
- Incorrect Invoice Balances in Client Center (ESP-6550): Resolved an issue where invoice were showing as $0.00 when there was a balance on the invoice in EZLynx.
Communication Center
- Emails Showed Incorrect Characters in Signature (EPS-6839): Resolved an isolated issue where some agencies a ‘/n’ character added to their signature in emails.
- Text Message Thread Missing from Conversation (EPS-6735): Resolved an isolated issue where part of a text message thread was missing on a customers account.
- Unable to Delete Template from a Disabled User (EPS- 6638): We resolved an isolated issue where an admin was not able to delete a template from a disabled user because it was tied to a workflow.
- Email Campaign Shows Incorrect Name for Tag (EPS-6539): We resolved an isolated issue where the personalization tag for recipient’s name when then email is sent to the co-applicant on the account.
Management System
- Peer Access Permission Not Allowing Correct Applicant Search (EPS-6714): Resolved an issue where user granted only the peer access were not able to search for applicants at their location.
- Spoilage Coverage Not Appearing for Manual CPKG (ESP-6710): Resolved an issue when the spoilage value was not appearing in CPKGs with the sub-lobs of CPROP and CGL.
- Policy Sync Keeps Freezing After Agent Chooses to Sync Data (EPS-6534): Resolved an issue the system would freeze when the agent chose to select the ‘policy sync’ feature.
- Service Team Override Not Saving on Policy (ESP-6496): Resolved an issue where the service team member selected in the override was getting reverted back to the producer when saving the policy.
- Cannot Search Past the First 10 ACORD Forms in Table (EPS-6491): Resolved an issue where if you chose to ‘view all ACORD forms,’ the page would not allow you to advance to the next page to view the next 10 ACORDS.
- Manual Quote Date/Time Stamp is Incorrect (ESP-6468): Resolved an issue where the time stamp on the manual quote was 5 hours off the correct time.
- Create Package Summary Screen Issue (ESP-6458): Resolved an issue where the sub-lobs we not all appearing on the summary page when choosing to use the manual package merge feature.
- LexisNexis Results Not Appearing on the Details Tab (EPS-6341): Resolved an issue where the account details looked up through LexisNexis were not appearing on the Account Details page.
- Agency Goals not Displaying Correctly (EPS-4504): Resolved an issue where the percentage complete for a goal was showing as 0% even though there had been progress made towards the goal.
- Task Reminders are Getting Removed When Editing Task (EPS-6547): Resolved an issue where the reminders on a task were getting removed when a user, not assigned to the task, chose to add a note.
Rating Engine
- Dwelling Fire Quotes Not Able to be Emailed (EPS-6837): Resolved an issue where agents received an error message stating they were not able to email a quote result without selecting at least one quote, even though they had.
- Customer Since Date Incorrectly Being Added (EPS-6713): Resolved an issue where the customer since field was adding the date the details tab was saved if the field was left blank.
- UM Option Not Appearing for GA Auto (EPS-6431): Resolved an issue where the UM coverage was not receiving the UM coverage option in the response for GA.
- LexisNexis Not Pulling 4th Driver Data into Application (EPS-5155): Resolved an issue where the information about the 4th driver was not populating in the application from the LexisNexis lookup.
- Unable to Select Correct Application in LexisNexis Screen (EPS-4230): Resolved an isolated issue where the LexisNexis screen would not allow you to select the correct applicant when the applicant was listed twice with two different DOBs.
Reporting
- December Pulse Report Year Error (EPS-6786): Resolved an issue the pulse report was showing 2025 for December instead of 2024.
Retention Center
- Policies Not Migrating to the Renewal List (EPS-6707): Resolved an isolated issue policies were not migrating to the Renewal List in Retention Center when expected.
- Status With Note Icon Issue (EPS-6276): Resolved an issue where the correct icon was not showing in Retention Center when the user chose to use the ‘status with note’ action.
Sales Center
- Sales Center Reports Returning a 404 Error (EPS-6838): Resolved an isolated issue where some agencies were experiencing a 404 error when trying to access Sales Center reports.
