EVA AI Account Summarization Enhancements
Modified on: Thu, 10 Jul, 2025 at 1:59 PM
We’re excited to announce some new enhancements to the EVA AI Account Summarization feature pane. You are now able to generate 12-month account summarization using “Catch Me Up” and filter EVA's summarizations by communication channel (email, text, and/or notes and tasks).
We've also added some usability enhancements that should help reduce time spent digging through account history, eliminate unnecessary clutter, and improve clarity. With better visibility into key interactions, you can make more informed decisions, boost client satisfaction, and streamline follow-ups.
