EZLynx is constantly in the process of enhancing, improving performance and looking at any feedback that can add value to the system. The following bugs were resolved in this release.  We also added the a few new enhancements.

General Fixes


  • Contact Us form Not functioning Correctly (EPS-6977): Resolved an issue where the ‘Contact Us’ form was not prefilling the user’s email address.     


  • Contact Support Forcing Agent to Login (EPS-6100): Resolved an issue where users were being instructed to login again when they chose to contact support.    



Automation Center


  • Applicant Added to Renewal List not Executing Correctly (EPS-6912): Resolved an issue when the workflow associated with the ‘Applicant Added to Renewal List’ trigger was incorrectly closing renewals from the list when it should not. 


  • Sales Center Automation Not Stopping After Status Change (EPS-6887): Resolved an issue Sales Center workflows were not stopping after the status of the opportunity was changed. 

 

  • Birthday Workflow Sent Text Incorrect Contact (EPS-6746): Resolved an issue the birthday workflow was sending text messages to both the primary and co-applicant on the co-applicant’s birthday. 

Client Center 


  • Unable to Remove Vehicles or Add Lien Holders (EPS-7078):  Resolved an issue where insureds were not able to edit vehicles or lien holder via the Client Center portal.  


  • System On Demand Created ID Cards by Mistake (EPS-7053):  Resolved an issue where insureds were Client Center was mistakenly creating ID cards (ACORD 50s) when it should not be.  


  • Notifications Error from Client Center (EPS-6901): Resolved an isolated issue where the notifications from Client Center were displaying an old commercial account name instead of the correct existing account’s name. 


  • Client Center Help Emails Missing Email Options (EPS-6900): Resolved an isolated issue where the email addresses added for ‘CC’ and ‘BCC’ where not getting honored in the Client Center help emails to the agency. 


  • Client Center Cross Sell Quote Request Overrides Account Details (EPS-6892): Resolved and issue where the cross-sell quote request from Client Center was overriding the account’s phone numbers in the Management System. 

Communication Center 


  • Correct Spelling for Member on email subscription page (EPS-7131): Resolved an isolated issue where some names were not spelling correctly for entries on the email subscription page. 


  •  Issues with Client Center Links in Email Campaign Templates (EPS-7008): Resolved an isolated issue where the Client Center link in email campaigns was throwing a 404-access error.  

EVA (EZLynx AI) 


  • Catch me up not returning completed tasks/notes (EZ-163792): Resolved an issue where when you generated a summary by clicking the “Catch Me Up” button with an Applicant’s Account overview page and drafted a task or added a quick note which launched Workspace. Then when you went back to the EVA pane, any suggested tasks were all gone and progress were not saved. This would result in you not knowing which tasks were created already and could result in duplicate tasks/notes.



Management System


  • Upload Document Preview Not Displaying all Pages (EPS-6932): Resolved an issue that happened when previewing a document during the upload process. The system was not correctly showing the pages beyond the first page.  


  • Email Issue for ACORD Forms (EPS-6885): Resolved an issue where the email option on the documents tab was not allowing you to attach additional documents when trying to email ACORD forms.  


  • Commission Statement Line Items Cannot be Unapproved (EPS-6565): Resolved an issue the system would not allow the agent to unapproved commission line items in the commission statement.  


  • eSignature Lists Incorrect Name for ‘Sent-on Behalf of…’ (EPS-6548): Resolved an isolated issue where the wrong name was getting populated as the sent-on behalf of. 


  • Policy Sync Pop Up Not Working as Expected (EPS-6473): Resolved an issue where the policy sync pop up box disappeared on the screen before the agent could interact with it. 


  • New Document Page Missing Folder Context (EPS-6461): Resolved an issue where origination context for files in folders was not showing.  This was functionality that did not carry over in the redesign that needed to be added. 

 

  • ACORD 129 Missing Dates (EPS-6426): Resolved an issue where the ACORD 129 was generating with dates missing for the vehicles.  


  • ACORD 23 Missing Box Selections When Distributed (EPS-6393): Resolved an issue where the ACORD 23 was not retaining the boxes the agent had checking in the application when the form was distributed.  


  • Certificate Search Not Pulling Correct List of Holders (EPS-6347): Resolved an issue where the expected list of holders was not getting returned by the system when searching in the certification settings screen.  


  • ACORD 126 & 140 are Prefilling Blank (EPS-6002): Resolved an issue where the ACORD 126 and 140s were not prefilling correctly when the agent was using a commercial package.  


  • eDocs Matching Enhancements: eDocs and messages will now match pending transactions (renewals). If an eDoc message is unable to be matched to policies, EZLynx will now match to applicants based on the information of the incoming eDoc.

Retention Center 


  • Risk Classification not Showing Correctly for Renewals in the Renewal List (EPS-6992): Resolved an isolated issue the Renewal List in Retention Center was not correctly classifying risks as low or high based on the values set in the settings area.



Submission Center 


  • System Incorrectly Generating Tarmika Submissions (EPS-6674): Resolved an issue where the system was generating multiple submissions after the agent submitted to Tarmika.
