EZLynx is constantly in the process of enhancing, improving performance and looking at any feedback that can add value to the system. The following bugs were resolved in this release.  We also added the a few new enhancements. 

 

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Accounting

  • Invoices are Unable to be Emailed Or Printed (EPS-7210): Resolved an issue agent were unable to print or email their client’s invoices. 

 

  • Invoices are not able to be Printed when in Pending Status in Customer Invoice Tab (EPS-6777): Resolved an issue where agents were not able to download and print invoices if they were in the pending status on the Customer Invoice tab. 

Automation Center

 

  • History Tab Not Displaying Emails in Correct Order (EPS-7115): On the history tab in Automation Center, the order of email was displayed by month instead of year. 

 

  • Trigger for ‘Carrier Notification Received’ was not Firing (EPS-6660): Resolved an isolated issues where the trigger in Automation Center was not firing correctly for ‘Carrier Notification Received.’ 

 

  • Send Payment Action not working for Custom Domain (EPS-6597): Resolved an issue where the action to send payment request via email was not working for custom domains.  

 

  • Workflows Still Firing after Action is Disabled or Deleted (EPS-6253): Resolved an issue where if an action in a workflow was delayed, it would still fire even after the workflow was removed or disabled.  

Communication Center

 

  • Email Template Glitch (EPS-7249): Resolved an isolated issue where some of the wording in an email template would appear out of order. 

 

  • Main Office’s Suppression List is not syncing with the list at the Branch Office (EPS-6463): Resolved an issue where the suppression list at the main office in an agency’s hierarchy was not syncing with the updated list from the branch offices. Admins would opt out a client’s number at the main office, but the branches did not reflect those changes.  

Management System

 

  • Carrier eDocs are Creating New Folders (EPS-7198): Resolved an issue where when and eDoc was received from a carrier it was causing a new folder to be created for each document received instead of grouping them under on folder.  

 

  • Carrier Quoting Setup Page not Working for Some Users (ESP-6490): When agents in branches of branches access the Carrier Quoting setup page, they would experience a loading icon that they could not get past.  


  • Notice of Note Saving as Attachment Message Incomplete (EPS-7160): The message we provide to agents that their note will be saved as an attachment when the message is over 1000 characters was displaying incomplete in the UI.
