What Changed?

These new enhancements seamlessly integrate into the existing Recipient List workflows - Creating and Editing Recipient Lists.

New Filter Options

When you create a new Recipient List or edit an existing one, you'll find the new filter options available within the Applicant Filters and Policy Filters sections.

New Applicant Filters - Get more precise control over your audience with new and improved Applicant filters:

  • Assigned CSR: Target recipients based on their assigned customer service representative.
  • Lead Source: Filter contacts by how they became a lead.
  • VIP Status: Identify and engage with your most valuable clients.

New Policy Filters - With new AND/OR logic, control how you include and exclude policies based on their LOB:

  • Now choose between "Includes All" (AND logic) or "Includes Any" (OR logic) when selecting multiple LOBs to include, giving you precise control over your matching criteria.
  • In addition, you can specify "Does not include any" (OR logic) or "Does not include all" (AND logic) to refine your list by those applicants that do not have specific lines of business.
    • This logic will return results with no active LOB or the LOB missing altogether from the applicant.

Default Policy Status - The Policy Status filter now defaults to "Active,"  because commonly communications will be sent to active customers with active policies.

Expanded Date Filter Options

All date filters now offer more granular control, including custom relative date ranges and expanded options for birthdays:

  • For Created Date, Last Modified Date, Cancellation Date, and LOB Origination Date, you can now choose between a specific Date Range (using a date picker) or a Custom Range by entering a number of days "ago" or "from today."
  • The Date of Birthday filter now includes:
    • 180 days from today
    • 270 days from today
    • Today
    • Tomorrow
    • 30 days from today

New Column - Applicant Name

During the Review step, you'll now see a new "Applicant Name" column added to the recipient table. This column displays the name exactly as it appears in the upper-left applicant sidebar of the account Overview page. This makes it simpler to identify applicants at a glance during list creation, editing, copying, and viewing. You can also search for both applicant and recipient names in the new Search field.

Attention! For clarification, an Applicant record (or Account) can have multiple recipients (or contacts).

Edit and Copy Lists

No more recreating lists from scratch!

You can now edit the criteria of a previously saved recipient list, making updates quick and easy. When you choose to edit a list, you'll see an informative dialog box reminding you that "Changes made to this list will not apply to recipient lists in active or existing draft campaigns. To refresh a list in a draft campaign, remove and then re-add the updated list."

You can also now select an existing list and choose the new "Copy" option. This will create a new list with all the original criteria pre-populated, allowing you to make minor adjustments without starting from scratch saving you time and effort.

View Applied Filters

Now when you view a saved recipient list, all selected filters are now clearly visible as "chips" from both the Recipient List view page and the Recipient List Details page, providing a comprehensive overview of your list's criteria at a glance.

This includes clear indicators for "Includes All LOBs," "Includes Any LOBs," "Does Not Include All LOBs," and "Does Not Include Any LOBs," as well as detailed breakdowns for new date filter selections in the chip display (e.g., "Created Date: 30 days ago," or "Birthday: 270 days from today").
