We’re excited to announce that with this release, we have added a "My Goals" feature in Sales Center. "My Goals" enables you to view Performance Goals that you contribute to within Sales Center. This helps you quickly see your goal progress without having to leave your workflow within Sales Center Opportunities. The added transparency and accessibility of where you stand on your goals will enable you to make data driven decisions on how you prioritize your sales pipeline.

Agents can instantly view their individual progress toward performance goals without leaving the Sales Center. This helps them stay focused, prioritize their pipeline, and make informed decisions based on their current standing.

By integrating goal tracking directly into the Sales Center interface, agents no longer need to switch between tools or dashboards. This reduces friction and keeps goal awareness front and center during daily operations.



How to access


1. To see “My Goals” within Sales Center Opportunities, hover over the Sales Center icon and choose Opportunities.


2. Locate the My Goals button at the top-right of your screen. 




How it works


When you click the My Goals button, you will see a panel open on the right side of your screen. 


If your Administrator has created and assigned goals for you or your agency/branch, you will see the overall progress on the top and the individual goals below. 


If your administrator has not assigned any goals to you or your agency/branch, you will see a message letting you know that you don’t have any goals to track.
