We are excited to announce the complete redesign of the Campaign experience in the Sales Center Opportunities (Table View), Sales Center Agency Insights, Sales Center Leads, and Applicant Overview pages, now in EZ5!

When creating a new campaign from the Sales Center Opportunities, Agency Insights, or the Applicant Overview page, you will now see a redesigned Campaign drawer panel instead of the old EZ4 pop-up modal.

This means a smoother, faster process that looks and feels like other parts of EZ5. Get clearer visibility into your campaign steps, recipient selections, and essential settings, empowering you to configure and send campaigns with confidence.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Did you know? - You can click on the images in our articles to zoom in!

What's in it for me?

  • Quicker Access, Fewer Clicks - Using the drawer instead of a modal allows you to stay in context. It reduces clicks and page reloads, which improves overall workflow speed.

  • Aligns with Other EZ5 Features - The new interface is consistent with other EZ5 modules, making training easier and reducing the learning curve for agents who work across multiple parts of the platform.

  • Targeted Applicant Engagement: On the Applicant Overview page, easily select specific individuals for focused drip campaigns, perfect for personalized follow-ups.

  • Subject: The subject of the email in that step
  • Scheduled Date: The date and time that email step is scheduled to send

There is also a View Template link which opens the template in a new tab with applied filters for review before sending.

Underneath the Templates Steps section is the Campaign Type section which allows you to choose if the campaign is a Marketing or Non-Marketing campaign.

Underneath the Campaign Type section, you'll find an Additional Configurations section which includes the following two options:

  • Copy agent on campaign emails (BCC)
  • Schedule a follow-up reminder after final email

Check the box on any of the configurations you'd like to include.

At the bottom of the drawer panel, you'll find two buttons.

  • Schedule: This button will schedule your campaign.
  • Cancel: This will close the drawer panel. Please note, this will lose any selections you had already selected and you will need to start again, if you did not send the email out before clicking Cancel.
