  • Capture Business Instantly: Don't let system rigidities slow you down. You can now generate professional proposals the moment you have the numbers—even while on the phone with an underwriter—without needing to navigate away to update statuses first. 


  • Focus on the Deal, Not the Data Entry: We've automated the administrative busywork. When you create a proposal or agreement, we automatically update line-of-business statuses and sync premiums for you, ensuring your records are always accurate without the extra manual clicks. 

Enhanced Create Proposal Workflow  


We have completely revamped the Create Proposal experience to be more flexible and forgiving of your day-to-day reality. 


  • Generate Proposals Anytime: Previously, you had to manually update a Line of Business (LOB) status to "Quoted" or "Proposed" before the system would allow you to create a proposal. We have removed this restriction! You can now initiate the proposal workflow regardless of the current status (e.g., Not Submitted, Submitted, Referred). If you have the numbers, you can create the document immediately. 

 

  • On-the-Fly Premium Editing: We know that premiums can change rapidly during negotiations. You can now view every carrier and LOB in the submission and enter or edit premiums directly on the proposal screen. This includes support for $0 values, giving you full flexibility for placeholders. 


  • Automated Status Updates: Stop worrying about manual housekeeping. When you generate a proposal, the system automatically detects which LOBs you are working on and updates their status (and the carrier status) to 'Quoted' in the background. 


  • Smart Messaging: To ensure clear communication with your clients, the system now includes a helpful prompt reminding you to select only one carrier per Line of Business for the final document. 

 



Enhanced Create Agreement Workflow 


For those using our premium finance tools, creating agreements is now just as streamlined as creating proposals. 


  • Direct Entry & Sync: Just like the proposal workflow, you can now enter or edit premiums directly on the agreement screen. These values are immediately synced to your Premium Finance integration, ensuring your finance contracts always match your submission data exactly. 

 

  • Auto-Status Automation: Creating an agreement will also trigger the automatic update of relevant LOB statuses to 'Quoted', keeping your submission records accurate without extra clicks. 


  • Safeguards: To prevent rejected contracts, we have added smart gating to the "Send to E-Sign" and "Preview" options. These buttons will only appear if the selected LOB has a valid premium (greater than $0 and meeting minimum finance requirements), ensuring you never send an invalid contract to a client.

Speed to Market: You receive a phone call from an underwriter with a verbal quote. Instead of navigating through multiple screens to update statuses and enter premiums one by one, you can now simply click "Create Proposal," type in the new premium, and generate the document for your client in seconds.
