EZLynx is constantly in the process of enhancing, improving performance and looking at any feedback that can add value to the system. The following bugs were resolved in this release.  We also added the a few new enhancements.

Accounting


  • User Not Showing in Accounting Even Though in the Right Group (EPS-7521): Resolved an issue isolated issue where users were not able to access accounting even though they had the correct group assignment and permissions. 

Automation Center


  • Automated Emails Sending Out for Disabled Users (EPS-7464): Resolved an issue where Automation Center was sending emails out with disabled users listed as the senders. 


  • Retention Center Workflow Incorrectly Firing (EPS-7240): Resolved an isolated issues where Retention Center workflows were executing for an agency even though they did not have the product enabled.  


  • Carrier Notification Workflows Incorrectly Triggering (EPS-7001): Resolved an issue where the Carrier Notification Received Workflow was triggering for branches in an org when they should not be.  


  • Claim Created Filter Not Working (EPS-6429): Resolved an issue where Automation Center was not recognizing the ‘claim created’ filter when creating workflows.  


  • Automation Center Stuck On Running (EPS-6090):  Resolved an issue where some automations were stuck on running when action was never fired. 


  • Automation Center Emails Show the Wrong Name (EPS-6057):  Corrected an issue where emails from automation center were showing the primary’s name instead of the co-applicant. 

Client Center


  • Ampersand Sign Appearing in Agency Name (EPS-7333): Resolved an issue where the ampersand sign was appearing in the agency name. 


  • Address Not Appearing On Downloaded CL Auto Policies (EPS-7336): Resolved an issue where the address on downloaded CL auto policies was not showing on the policy preview in Client Center.  

Communication Center


  • Text Message Tags Not Filling Correctly (EPS-7284): Resolved an isolated issue where text message tags were not prefilling correctly based on issues related to the input of the co-applicants phone number. 


  • Unable to Authenticate Credentials for Vonage (EPS-6666): Resolved an issue where agents reported that Vonage was not authenticating their credentials.  


  • Vonage Calls Not Recording (EPS-4943):  Resolved an issue where Vonage was not recording calls even though the agency had the integration enabled.  

Management System


  • Disabled User Date not Appearing (EPS-7286): Resolved an issue where the date was not showing in the system when an admin chose to disable a user in their agency.  


  • ACORD 28 not Displaying Correct Images (ESP-7283): Resolved an issue where the ACORD 28 was not showing the boxes for building or personal.  


  • Policy Sync Not Working (EPS-7059): Resolved an isolated issue where the policy sync feature was not displaying any of the synced data 


  • ACORD 25 Displaying Incorrect Writing Companies (EPS-6474): Corrected an issue where the ACORD 25 was not displaying the correct writing companies on different LOBs. 


  • ACORD 139 Not Prefilling (EPS-6366): Corrected an issue where the ACORD 139 was not prefilling policy data correctly. 


  • Error Message On NY ID Cards (EPS-6042): Resolved an error where agents got an error on NY ID cards for package policies. 


  • Applicant Search Returns No Results (EPS-4625): Resolved an issue where the applicant search was not returning results in the List Applicant area. 


  • Unable to Audit Transaction On Policy (EPS-4325): Resolved an isolated issue where agents could not audit transactions on policies that had a previous policy number. 


  • Convert Policy not Pulling In Data (EPS-3146):  Corrected an issue where agents were not able to get data to prefill when converting a policy unless they clicked on ‘Continue and Edit.’ 


  • Not Able to Add Note on Policies in iPad (EPS-7145): Resolved issue where agents were not able to add note on policies while working on an iPad.     


  • Activity Notes For Emails Have Incorrect Sizing (EPS-6659): Corrected issue where the activity notes for emails had too much spacing compared to the other notes. 

Rating Engine


  • Citizens RCE Prefill Not Showing (EPS-7618): Resolved an issue where Citizens agents were getting an error listed as ‘undefined’ when trying to access the lookup service. 


  • Independent and Shared Tabs Not Displaying All Users (EPS-7514): Resolved an issue where agents the carrier logins page was not showing all available users on the independent and shared tabs. 


  • Switch Applicant not Providing Expected Results (EPS-7269): Correct data issues where the applicant switch was not providing consistent results. 


  • Auto-Owners Prompts Not Showing (EPS-7396): Resolved an issue where the template prompts for Auto-Owners were showing as blank. 


  • MSB Lookup Throwing Error (EPS-7155): Resolved an issue where agents were receiving an error stating ‘Additional rating data not accessed in EZLynx.’  


  • Applicants Assigned to Branch Cannot Have Leads Saved (EPS-6086): Corrected an issue where users at the main could not save the leads for applicants at branches
