EZLynx is constantly in the process of enhancing, improving performance and looking at any feedback that can add value to the system. The following bugs were resolved in this release.  We also added the a few new enhancements.

Automation Center


  • Applicant Label Filter Not Showing Existing Filter Values (EPS-7974): Resolved an issue where the filter options in Automation Center were not correctly displaying the existing label filter options.

Client Center


  • ACORD 25 Not Able to be Shared (EPS-7918): Resolved an issue where the ACORD 25 was not able to be shared to Client Center for self-generation. 

Communication Center


  • Recipient List Branch Filter Not Working (EPS-7996): Resolved an issue where branches were not able to save recipient list for users in other branches. 


  • Custom Domains Not Working for One-Off Emails (EPS-7746): Resolved an issue where agents were not able to include custom domains in their one-ff emails.  


  • Email Signature Setting Missing Options (EPS-7633): Resolved an issue where the user settings for the email signature were missing the option to upload a signature from your computer.  


  • From Field in Emails Not Working for Branches (EPS-7625): Resolved an issue where ‘From’ dropdown was not displaying the active agents in branches. 


  • Shared Email Templates Experiencing 403 Error (EPS-7575): Resolved an issue where branches could not access email templates shared with them from their main offices.

Management System


  • Create Package Tool is Not Combining Policies (EPS-8004): Resolved an issue where the new create package tool was not able to merge umbrella into personal package policies.  


  • Additional Interests Not Prefilling (ESP-7654): Resolved an issue where the additional interests on the ACORD 125 were not prefilling from the application data.  


  • Unmatched Tab Search Not Working (EPS-7622): Resolved an issue where the search in the unmatched tab was not displaying the same account results that displayed in the Super Search.  


  • Task Reminders Getting Removed Incorrectly (EPS-7579): Resolved issue where reminders on tasks were getting remove when an agent added a note to the task discussion.    

Rating Engine


  • Quote Templates Not Updating Policy/Form Type Vales (EPS-7721): Resolved an issue where the quote templates were not updating the rating application Policy/Form Type field value correctly after the template was applied. 


  • Agency Answer Field Not Locking in Carrier Setup (EPS-7656): Resolved an issue where agency admins could not lock the Agency Answer field for the carrier questions in the carrier quoting setup.

Reporting


  • Activity Report Error (EPS-7841): Resolved an issue where agencies ran into an error in the policy column when running the new Looker Activity Report. 

Retention Center


  • Assign Accounts Not Showing in Renewal List (EPS-7858): Resolved an issue where agents were not able to see the accounts assigned to them in Retention Center on the Renewal List. 


  • Carrier Names Incorrectly Displaying (EPS-7156): Resolved an issue where the incorrect carrier name was displaying on policies in Retention Center.

Sales Center


  • Issue with Data in the Finalized Premium (EPS-7583): Resolved an issue where the prefilled amount in the finalized premium field on opportunities was not reflecting the correct finalized 6-month policy premium.   

Web Services


  • Policy API Unable to Retrieve Producer Codes (EPS-7354): Resolved an issue isolated issue where our Web Service customers were not able to retrieve the producer code mappings from our Policy API .
