EZLynx is constantly in the process of enhancing, improving performance and looking at any feedback that can add value to the system. The following bugs and enhancements were resolved in this release.

Accounting


  • PDF Invoices Overlapping Address Information (EPS-8241): Resolved an isolated issue where the address on PDF invoices were overlapping with the agency’s name. 


  • Invoices Not Displaying Comma Between City and State (EPS-8188): Resolved an issue in the new accounting invoices where the comma was not displayed correctly in the address details.

Automation Center


  • Assigned Producer Signature Included in Automated Emails (EPS-8217): Resolved an issue where the assigned producer’s signature was getting added to emails sent via automation, even when they had a signature on them. 


  • Issue with Setting Days on Emails (EPS-8129): Corrected an issue where the days set from in the email action were not calculating correctly based on the days selected in the dropdown. 

 

  • PL Cross Sell Email Action Failing (EPS-8037): Resolved an issue where the email action for the PL Cross-Sell trigger was not firing.  

Communication Center


  • Vonage Call Recording Missing (EPS-7996): Resolved an issue where some of the call recordings were missing for select agencies.  


  • Unable to Send Envelopes (EPS-7831): Resolved continued issues we have been having with AssureSign there accounts would get unlinked causing failures were trying to send envelopes.  


  • Prefill Signature Not Applying Correctly (EPS-6880): Resolved an issue where the signature was only prefilled on one documents when multiple documents were attached.  

Management System


  • Policies Appearing on Copies Statements (EPS-6376): Resolved an issue where policies were showing up in a manual copies commission statement that should not be there.

 

  • Carrier Notification Missing Create Task Option (EPS-8289): Resolved an issue where the carrier notifications were not displaying the option to create a task from the notification.  


  • Model Error on Commercial Accounts (ESP-8284): Resolved an issue where a model error in the system was causing an issue when trying to save account details.   


  • Certificate Holder Remarks Cut Off (EPS-8253): Resolved an issue where the certificate holder remarks were getting cut off on the ACORD 25. 


  • Casing Issue in New Label Workflows (EPS-8246): Resolved an issue where customers could not edit the case of a word once they had saved it.  


  • Apostrophe in the City’s Name Not Working (EPS-8206): Resolved an issue where apostrophe in the city’s name was showing strange text when saved.  


  • Unable to Save Address Line 2 Details (EPS-8042): Resolved an issue where the system was not allowing you to enter details and save information in address line 2 on the account details page.  


  • Special Character Issue with Amp Sign (EPS-8041): Resolved an issue where the system was spelling out ‘&apm’ when using an ampersand. 


  • Lead Source Reappearing When Hidden (EPS-7972): Resolved an issue where the lead source was reappearing after it had been hidden. 


  • IVANS Admin Portal Issues (EPS-7958): Resolved an issue where the IVANS admin portal was incorrectly telling agencies that they need to change their IVANS Account to v25.4 


  • Missing Data on Policy Rewrite Page for Branches (EPS-8032): Resolved an issue where branches could not see any data on the Policy Rewrite page without having direct downloads. 


  • Disabling Downloads Caused Manual Policy Creation Issue (EPS-8014): Resolved an issue where is downloads were disabled at an agency; they could not manually enter policies.   


  • Commercial Property Details Not Prefilling Correctly (EPS-7886): Resolved an issue where the commercial account details were not prefilling on page 2. 


  • Policy Dashboard not Reflecting correct Premiums (EPS-7811): Resolved an issue where the premium amounts on the policy dashboard were not showing the correct annualized premium for 6-month policies. 


  • Lead Portal – Text Size Update (EPS-7646): Updated the text size in the lead portal for the ‘What Line of Business are you Interested In?’ 


  • ACORD 28 – Cuts Off Address Line 1 (EPS-7645): Resolved an issue where the address line 1 was getting cut off on the ACORD 28 in the property section. 


  • Log Out Error When Interaction with Rewritten Policies (EPS-7620): Resolved an issue where agents were getting logged out when they clicked the policy history for rewritten policies.  


  • Account Status Incorrect for Renewals (EPS-7201): Resolved an issue where accounts showed a status of INACTIVE even after a renewal went into effect. 

 

  • ACORD24 – Items Filling in After Being Removed (EPS-6556): Resolved an issue where items were showing up in the ACORD 24 after being removed.  


  • Unable to Download Large Certificate Zip Files (EPS-6142): Resolved an issue where agents could not download certificates that were part of a large zip file. 

Rating Engine


  • Lexis Nexis Replacing Primary Address (EPS-8294): Resolved an issue where Lexis Nexis was overriding the primary address in the account details page if the prefill had a different prior address. 


  • Freezing Error When Entering Rating State (EPS-8185): Resolved an issue for FL rating when and agent entered a rating state they were not licensed in, the system was freezing. 


  • Carrier Still Appearing When Licensed was Removed (EPS-7828): Resolved an issue where Foremost ARS NV was showing as a selectable rating state after the license was removed. 


  • Statues Not Appear Correctly in Underwriting (EPS-6342): Resolved an issue where the cancel option was not appearing as expected in the request workflow.

Web Services


  • Applicant Overview Policy Transaction Page Blank (EPS-8009): Resolved an issue where Web Service customers were not seeing any policy transaction information on the Policy Transaction Page. 


  • QAS Submission Not Assigned Correctly (EPS-7186): Resolved an issue where submissions via the QAS API were not assigning the correct username on the accounts.
