With this Reports release, we've made updates to the following Commission and Accounting Reports: 

  • Commission Detail
  • Commission Statement Summary
  • Commission Statement Master
  • Commission Grouping
  • Commission Statement Payment Master
  • Invoice Line Item Detail
  • Production by Producer


Check out the details on what changed in each report below! 


Commission Detail Report

  • Removed columns: Commission Rate, Approved, and one additional legacy field
  • Replaced Commission Rate (this was the carrier commission rate, not rule rates) with Payment Type
  • Added four new reconciliation-focused fields: 
    • Statement Download Date
    • Commission Rule Name
    • Producer Code
    • Reconciliation Status

If you are looking for the Commission Rate, Payment Type has replaced it so please use Payment Type moving forward.


Commission Statement Summary Report

  • Fixed a structural issue in the Commission Statement Summary report that could exclude unmatched commission statements from reporting results.

If you previously reported "missing statements" in this report, please rerun it to confirm data is now appearing correctly.


Commission Statement Master Report

  • Added three new columns:
    • Producer Code
    • Commission Rule Name
    • Statement Download Date


Commission Grouping Report

  • Added three new columns:
    • Producer Code
    • Commission Rule Name
    • Statement Download Date


Please note, Producer Code and Commission Rule Name are aligned with their Commission Detail Report counterparts.


Commission Statement Payment Master Report

  • Removed Total Commission column
    • Please note, this was intentionally removed as part of the reconciliation field restructure.
  • Added columns:
    • Statement Download Date
    • Producer Code
    • Commission Rule Name
    • Line Item Approved/Not Approved
    • Statement Status (open/closed)


Accounting Reports — Multi-Policy Invoice Support

  • Invoice Line Item Detail and Production By Producer reports now correctly reflect our new multi-policy invoices feature. Previously, these invoices were not surfacing in report results; this resolves that gap.
