This update is designed to help your team respond more confidently when a resubmitted renewal quote produces a different outcome than before. Instead of relying on a generic eligibility result alone, you’ll now see more specific guidance that better reflects what action may be needed. That means less guesswork, better visibility into renewal outcomes, and a smoother experience when follow-up is required.

Citizens Day 53 Message on Quote Results 


Open a Citizens renewal quote that has been resubmitted later in the renewal cycle, on day 53 of the renewal cycle or after. 


You will see the the following Citizens quote message when eligibility status changes from eligible to ineligible: 


“Citizens policy will renew. If coverage is placed elsewhere, request cancellation.” 




You will see the following Citizens quote message and the override button when eligibility status changes from ineligible to eligible: 


“Citizens policy will not renew. To request renewal submit an override request.”
