Ever wondered if submitting the co-applicant as the primary applicant would get better quotes from your carriers? The new EZLynx 5 Feature called Applicant and Co-Applicant Switch allows agents to quickly check directly from the Quote Results page. Access this feature from the Quote Results to quickly swap the applicant and co-applicant then resubmit the quote to the same carriers.

Switching Applicant & Co-applicant


Once the quote is received from the carriers, you will have the ability to Switch Applicant with Co-applicant on the Quote Results page. You will also be able to see for which applicant and co-applicant the quote was received. 



Note! This feature is only visible if there is a co-applicant in the Risk Profile.

Switching on the Go

You will now be able to resubmit the quote by switching the applicant and co-applicant which will be one-time switch meaning the details will be swapped in the quote submission process and will not alter the original applicant and co-applicant information on the Details Tab.This can be accessed any time by entering the quoting application.


1. Once you click the Switch Applicant with Co-applicant button, a new screen will pop up that will show you the Current and After Switch applicant and co-applicant details. 

2. If everything looks as it should, click the Ok button to resubmit the quote by switching the applicant and co-applicant info on the go.



Receiving Switched Quotes


Once the applicant and co-applicant are switched and you have received the new quote results, you will be able to see the information icon that says that the applicant for the quote has been switched to the co-applicant.



Accessing Switched Quotes


When you are on the Quotes tab or on the Recent Applicant section (Standalone Version Only), the quotes which are received by switching the applicant and co-applicant will have the Switch icon.
