What is our Agency's Text Messaging Number?
1. To find your Agency's Text Messaging Number, hover over the Communication Center icon.
2. Under the Voice & Text section, click Settings.
3. Under the General Preferences tab, the Assigned Number is your Agency's Text Messaging number.
What happens when someone calls the Text Message Number?
If someone calls your Agency's Text Message Number, they will hear an automated voice reply which the Text Messaging Admin can customize. See our Text Messaging - Settings for Admins article to learn how!
What type of files can I attach to the Text Messages?
Currently supported files are:
- .jpg
- .png
It is also good to note that the maximum number of pages that can be attached at a time to a text is 10 pages. 1 Image = 1 Page.
