We are excited to announce that with this release, we have updated our Communication Center Calls and Messages pages to give you a consistent, easy-to-use "EZLynx 5" experience. You'll have a simpler view of your text message history and unresolved messages. Also, if you have added your Vonage information through Connect Marketplace, your phone call history will be included so everything is all in one place.

Calls and Messages 


If you have enabled the Vonage integration, you will now see a log of voice calls (both incoming and outgoing) on this page along with your agency's text messages. As with phone numbers elsewhere in the system, you can simply click the number to initiate an outbound call. 






You can search for an applicant with the search box or flick the Filter icon to the right for additional filters, including by phone number, message contents, date range, and call/message type (text, inbound call and outbound call). 




The icons in the left column will help you distinguish between texts, incoming and outgoing calls. 



 




Unresolved Page


Unresolved calls and text messages are those that couldn't be automatically associated to an applicant, either because the phone number wasn't found, or because the number matched more than one applicant in the system. These unresolved calls and messages have been moved to a second tab on the Calls and Messages Page to provide easier access. To assign a call or message to an applicant, click the Action button on the right and select Assign to Applicant.
