We are excited to announce the new enhancement on the Quote Results Page - Vehicle Premium Breakdown! This enhancement was influenced by your feedback and was developed to improve your agency's user experience. We have added an additional section on the quote results page to showcase the selected coverage and premium breakdown by each of the vehicles on the quote.


In this release article, we will cover how to access and view the Vehicle Premium Breakdown feature. We hope you enjoy this new enhancement! There are numerous other items that are being worked on for our future releases so keep an eye out for future release notes for updates!

Where to Find Vehicle Premium Breakdown

To find this new feature, the carrier must support this breakdown. If the carrier does not support this breakdown than it will not be visible. If a carrier you use does not support this breakdown, please reach out to them about working with EZLynx on supporting this feature. 


After you have run a quote for a personal lines customer using the Rating Engine, you should land on the Quote Results page. To learn more on how to run a quote for a personal lines customers using the Rating Engine see our Rating Engine - How to run a Quote training article! 


You can also find the Quote Results page by following the steps below.


1. On a customer's account, click the Quotes tab.

2. On non-manual Auto Quote, click the More Actions icon.

3. Click View Details.



4. On the respective carrier, click the arrow to expand the results. 

5. Under Coverage and Premium Breakdown, click the View Details button.



Attention! - The Vehicle Premium Breakdown will only show for new quotes submitted after the feature has gone live. It will not show for past quotes.

How to View the Vehicle Premium Breakdown 


This will show the Vehicle Premium Breakdown. The dollar amount is the broken-down premium by vehicle and coverage. The numbers in parenthesis are the applied coverage for that particular carrier. When you are done looking at the vehicle breakdown, you can click the Hide Details button.
