EZLynx is constantly in the process of enhancing, improving performance, and looking at any feedback that can add value to the system. In this release we added an exciting new feature for our Massachusetts customers. We've added the ability to access the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) database to look up driver incidents (violations, accidents, and comp losses), and import them into EZLynx at no additional cost to you! To learn more about our Rating Engine, check out our other Rating Engine articles! 


First, on any Massachusetts Auto Application, go to the Incidents tab. There you will find a new Pre-Fill Incidents button. 



From here, you may need to enter a valid Massachusetts state driver license number (if not already in the application) for each driver. You can also de-select drivers you do not wish to search incidents for. Make sure to acknowledge the Usage Agreement before selecting Search. 



Once you search, you will receive results for any incidents found in the MA RMV database and will be able to compare to what is already currently in the application. You can select which incidents to import in EZLynx. Once you have check-marked which incidents you want to add to the EZLynx Application, click the Add Button.



If no results are found, a warning will appear stating that "No Results found". 



Attention! - RMV results will only find 5 years worth of data, and the EZLynx Rater can only accept 6 accidents, 6 comp losses and 10 violations per driver.
