With this exciting new feature, we bring our Massachusetts auto applicants the ability to upload the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) forms and pre-fill the auto application values onto the form and download/share the same.

Ways to Access Forms

For a new or an existing applicant of MA rating state, RMV forms can be uploaded by navigating to the forms upload page using one of the below options.

Applications Widget

Go to Applications tab on the Overview page and choose the 'View All Forms' option.

Overview Actions Button

Choose 'Add Forms' option under 'Actions dropdown >> Additional Actions sub-menu on the Overview page.

Documents Page

Choose 'Form' option under 'Add dropdown on the Documents page.

Add Form Page

Wherever you access the Add Form page, a new tab "RMV Forms" page for the rating state of MA can be seen with the list of available RMV forms. From here, you choose the desired form and preview. User can then add the fields which are not pre-filled or edit the pre-filled values.

Attention! - This page is visible only when the Applicant's Rating State is MA and there is an Auto Application in the system for the customer.

From the RMV Forms tab, you choose the desired form and then click Preview. Then add the fields which are not pre-filled or edit the pre-filled values on the form. 

Once the updates are made user can save or download the form using the 'Save' or 'Download' option from the 'Actions' dropdown.
